Energy Rationalisation

Over half of all Irish companies have taken action to improve their energy efficiency in the last three years and only one third of these actions have involved a capital spend, according to a new survey from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). According to the agency, a further €300 million of energy savings can be achieved if all of Ireland’s small to medium sized enterprises start to better manage their energy use.

Expense Management Analysts starting point will normally be to request copies of your business’s invoices for electricity, natural gas, water, and heating oil to determine energy usage patterns. Users of large volumes of electricity can access full records of their usage. We use this data to identify potential energy savings. A comprehensive energy audit can help with;

  • Tackling increasing utility bills

  • Reducing companies' total CO2e footprint

  • Complying with Carbon Emissions Reporting requirements
